Stash these for on the go snacks
Make a habit of stashing fruit — like pears, bananas, and plums, oranges, apples and such — in your lunch bag, office fridge, and plenty at home. You can also pair them with some nonfat Greek Yogurt or Cottage cheese for protein. Cut veggies are also perfect way to take along– I love baby carrots, sliced cucumbers, chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and summer squash. Great when you need to do some quantity crunching. You can dip the veggies into a jar of salsa or plain Greek yogurt!
